The first Lincoln hybrid vehicle, the MKZ Hybrid was the first Lincoln equipped with a fourcylinder engine. Following the discontinuation of the Town Car sedan, Lincoln continued use of the Town Car nameplate, adding it to limousine and livery variants of the Lincoln MKT.
