The gasolineonly version of the Pacifica minivan went on sale in mid2016; the plugin hybrid version, in 2017. Chrysler expected the plugin hybrid model to achieve a fuel economy of at least 80 miles per gallon equivalent, but on December 1, 2016, the EPA announced the minivan achieved 84 MPGe.
